Design a flyer and win a farm safety workshop for your school
As part of this years Balmoral Show, Flogas NI and AgriKids are teaming up to give primary schools in Northern Ireland the chance to win a farm safety workshop for every child in their school.
All the children have to do is design a farm safety flyer that Flogas can share and distribute at events and shows throughout Ireland
How can I enter?
Open to primary schools in Northern Ireland and all age groups, we want you to choose one the themes posted below.
Then, DOWNLOAD THE FLYER TEMPLATE HERE and design a flyer with a farm safety message that will help all farmers remember to be farm safe and stay farm safe.
The themes:
-Animal safety
-Machinery safety
-Farm Yard safety
-Field safety
What then?
We are accepting your entries by scan, by hand and by land! You can scan and email your entry to, marketing@flogas.ie.

Or bring your entry to the Flogas Team at their Balmoral Stand, located at the Showgrounds, B40.
Make sure to include:
-Full Name and Age
-Class
-School and Teachers Name
-School address.

If you are lucky enough to win, please make sure to indicate on the entry that a parent or guardian has given consent for their child’s work to be used by Flogas for marketing and promotional purposes. Also please indicate if the child’s full name and age can be shown on their entry.
How long do I have?
Entries close on May 20th 2023. Winners will be notified the following week and your farm safety event will be set up at a time and day that suits each winning school.
What will I win?
There will be four winning schools in total, once for each theme.
Each winning school will have a a farm safety workshop delivered to your whole school by AgriKids founder and author Alma Jordan, and every pupil will receive a farm safety handbook.
Each winning artist will receive a Flogas goodie bag and also see their artwork being printed and circulated to farmers throughout the Island of Ireland. So they will be helping to make a difference and creating a safer future on our farms, for everyone!

The judges decision is final. By entering and indicating on the entry form's opt in format, you are giving permission to have your work credited with child's name and age to be reproduced for circulation.
