Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods. Online payment is currently provided through PayPal & Stripe and is bound by their rules and regulations. Payments must be made in Euro. AgriKids retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared. At any time during the checkout process you have the option to cancel.

Delivery

We try to keep the postage, packing and handling as inexpensive as possible for you. Prices are calculated on packet weights from An Post standard charges and associated packing costs.

The rates shown are for standard postage only. Delivery rates will be subject to pricing at parcel weight which is calculated during the checkout the process. Order exceeding a certain weight will be highlighted at this stage and the checkout will be adjusted accordingly. A min fee of €2.30 applies.

Ireland Delivery Times: In stock items are usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

Mainland UK, Europe and International Delivery Times: Usually delivered 7-10 working days or if ordered via Amazon are bound by conditions of sale at www.amazon.co.uk. All Amazon queries should be referred to Amazon directly.

Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when production of the products is complete

Note: Import Duty

In the event of international orders, purchasers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. AgriKids is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office. International shipments that are subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities may cause a delay in delivery AgriKids cannot be held responsible for this delay.

Damaged Goods

The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 14 days after their receipt the Customer notifies AgriKids the goods are rejected. (This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, AgriKids will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. Where goods purchased from this website have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to AgriKids, Ashbawn, Corbal-lis, Julianstown, Co. Meath, Ireland.

Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or speciality stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. AgriKids online order returns will not be accepted by resellers of our products.

Returns

We hope that you are very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please send all returns within 14 days of receipt to: AgriKids, Ashbawn, Corbal-lis, Julianstown, Co. Meath, Ireland. In the event of no fault or defect with the goods it is the obligation of the customer to cover the postal charge.

Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to AgriKids before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. Cancellations can be made with AgriKids by email: alma@agrikids.ie.
